parking issues overshadowed the stay
clean room comfortable room
the room was nice and neat with good room service.
The paid parking was a major issue. All spots were taken one evening and i wasn't told parking was first-come, first-served at check-in (it was frustrating).

central location shuttle service amazing facilities frustrating parking tight garage unavailable space
The location is very central. The complimentary shuttle service took us to the ski lifts and back each day. It proved very convenient, and the driver was friendly. The facilities, including the pool, hot tub, and sauna, were amazing after a ski day..
The parking situation was frustrating. At check-in, I agreed to use the paid hotel parking. I assumed a spot would be available throughout our stay. The underground garage is tight and difficult for everyone.
